How Long Will My Lashes Last?
Due to lash growth, some lashes will naturally fall off as you go through the lash life cycle while others will remain but continue to grow out. 2 week refills will maintain maximum fullness of your lashes. After 4 weeks your appointment will be considered a new set as by this point you will have lost lashes due to growth and what remains will be grown out.
How Long Will My Powdered Brows Last?
Powder brows will last 1-3 years depending on your skin type. Touch ups can be scheduled 6 weeks after your appointment if any retouches needed.
When Do I Need A Powdered Brow Touch -Up
We recommend a colour boost every 1-1.5 years to maintain vibrancy.
What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is the insertion of very fine short needles into the skin for the purposes of injecting collagen. We recommend four microneedling sessions spaced one month apart for optimal results. Benefits include; acne scar reduction, anti-aging, pore minimization, improved skin texture, skin hydration, discoloration and pigmentation. It can also be used to reduce stretch marks on various parts of the body.
How Long Will My Henna Brows Last?
Henna is dependent on skin type, oily skin holds henna for the least amount of time on the skin. The hair will hold Henna dye for up to 6 weeks.
Microblading Vs. Powdered Brows
Mircoblading is done manually with a blade that goes through the first layer of skin. It is a semi-permanent service leaving hair-like strokes. Powder brow is a shading technique performed with a permanent makeup machine using the pigments to achieve very natural soft powder, pixel effects. Powder Brows are the more popular choice of the two.
How to Take Care of My Eyelash Lash Extensions
Eyelash Extensions After Care
For 24-48 hours do not wet lashes or expose to steam (no sauna, hot yoga, or facials).
DO NOT:
Do not use oil-based products near your eyes.
Do not use waterproof makeup or mascara.
Do not sleep on your face or rub your lashes.
Be careful to avoid a hot blast of air. For example, when you open an oven. If you do blow dry them make sure to use the low setting on cool (no heat).
DO:
Cleanse lashes daily with cleanser and a soft makeup brush. Make sure to show up with clean lashes before your fill appointment.
Bush lashes from the top daily.
Clean off all makeup every night using oil-free removers or toner on a cotton swab. Be careful not to rub lashes as fibers will get stuck in the lashes.
Note: We shed 3-5 lashes a day so do not be alarmed if you see natural lashes fall out! They are just more noticeable with extensions.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
The colour of your eyebrows will be darker than expected as this is normal. Over the following 4 to10 days they will begin to fade and may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for the true colour to come through. Do not be alarmed if the colour seems to disappear during the healing process, this is due to layers of skin forming and is only temporary.
Day 1: Wipe eyebrows with a cotton pad every hour until the end of the day.
Day 2: Wipe eyebrows every 2-3 hours.
Day 3-10: No more wiping. Apply the cream in the morning, evening, and at night.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Use a fresh pillowcase.
Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate away (picking can cause scarring or loss of colour).
No facials Botox or chemical treatments for 4 weeks.
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks (wear a hat outdoors if possible).
Avoid hot, sweaty exercise for 1 week.
Avoid topical makeup including sunscreen for the first 15 days.
Do not tug, pick or scratch the treated area.
***Ideally you should avoid water for at least 1 week, but that is not always possible. Shower with your back to the water to avoid water, shampoo & conditioner from getting into the pigmented areas. If the area gets wet, pat dry very gently with a clean towel or tissue. ***

What is the After Care for Micro-Needling
Micro-Needling After Care
Apply soothing cream only if you feel tightening of the skin.
Use Skin Candy anti-shock cream to cover crusts on the treated area.
Keep the skin protected with a high factor of protection (SPF 30-50) while skin is healing.
DO NOT
Do not use aggressive hygiene products.
Avoid intentional and direct sunlight for 72 hours.
No tanning bed exposure on the face.
Do not pick or scratch the carbon crusts.
Do not apply makeup on the treated area after 24h of the treatment.
Do not use any powered cleansing brushes like Clarisonic for one-week post-treatment.
To ensure the proper healing environment, do NOT use any Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acid, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C (in a low pH formula) scrubs or anything perceived as “active” skincare for one-week post-treatment.
Do not go swimming for at least 72 hours post-treatment.
Do not exercise or participate in strenuous activity for the first 72 hours post-treatment Sweating and gym environments, in general, are harmful and filled with bacteria, which may cause adverse reactions in your skin.
